What areas do you service?

We’re based in Berlin, Connecticut and serve all of CT for deliveries, events, and grazing table setups. Not sure if we deliver to you? Just ask!

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully insured, licensed by the Connecticut Department of Health, and operate out of a certified commercial kitchen as required to cater charcuterie by the state of CT. Our team is ServSafe certified, and we’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request if your venue requires one.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?

Yes! We offer both. You can pick up from our shop, or we can deliver within our service area. Full grazing tables include delivery and setup.

How far in advance should I book?

For most grazing tables and events, we recommend booking at least 4–5 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Weddings often book out months or even a year+ in advance, so it’s best to reserve your date as early as possible.

For boards and boxes, 1–2 weeks’ notice is ideal — though we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute orders when we can!

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do our best! Let us know about allergies or preferences (e.g., nut-free, gluten-free, vegetarian), and we’ll tailor your order. While we are not an allergen-free kitchen, we take cross-contamination seriously.

Can I choose what goes on my board?

We love curating based on your preferences. While we don’t allow full customization for every item, we’re always happy to hear your favorites or dislikes and build around that.

Are your ingredients local?

When possible, yes! We partner with local farms, bakers, and specialty shops to source seasonal and high-quality items.

Do you require a deposit or full payment?

For boards and boxes, full payment is due at the time of ordering to confirm and begin production.

For grazing tables and event setups, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event

What’s your cancellation policy?

All orders are non-refundable, but we understand that things happen. If you need to cancel, your payment can be transferred to another date, depending on our availability.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickups are at our shop/commercial kitchen in Berlin, CT. You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available year-round and make a perfect gift for food lovers, new homeowners, and coworkers.
